Memon Biryani values every customer and aims to provide the best quality food and service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


2. Returns / Refunds Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared food items):

  • Returns of food items are not accepted once delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements are considered only if:

    • The order was incorrect (wrong item delivered)

    • The order was damaged or unsafe to consume

    • Delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised time


3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

  2. Provide order number and issue details (photo evidence if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before preparation.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once cooking has started.


5. Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery address is incorrect, or the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may be charged.

  • Please ensure the address and contact number are correct at the time of order.
