Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared food items):
Returns of food items are not accepted once delivered.
Refunds or replacements are considered only if:
The order was incorrect (wrong item delivered)
The order was damaged or unsafe to consume
Delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised time

Orders can be cancelled before preparation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once cooking has started.
If the delivery address is incorrect, or the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may be charged.
